a massage 推拿

最近壓力過大，昨天去看中醫的時候被推拿，說我頸肩過於緊繃要放鬆，不知有沒有人被推拿過，因為第一次所以非常緊張，不知道會不會扭到筋什麼的，又常聽說有些人被推拿後反而更嚴重，所以有點恐懼被推拿，但醫生說:「不會啦!放輕鬆!」所以我就姑且一試。我的天!推拿完我的骨頭簡直快散了... 醫生還說我有點脊椎側彎了，不要再翹二郎腳...聽到真是無辜...雖然有翹過...但不常ㄇㄟ! 我想應該是背包都背同一邊的原因吧! 他說他已經幫我調正了，叫我最近不要再亂大甩動，不然又跑回來(還真是個很會恐嚇的醫生...不過很好笑..但這下我的跳舞課真的上不完了!) 他在幫我調整時，我真的聽到骨頭「ㄍㄧ ㄍㄨㄢ 〞 ㄍㄧ ㄍㄨㄢ〞」左邊、右邊各一大聲，簡直嚇死我了!!! 之後是感覺很舒服，但整個就很疲累... 唉唷喂~~~真的是人老就不重用了，才緊覺要趕緊調養自己的身體、保養皮膚了...

再過2過月，我的人生好像就要面臨大逆轉，畫室不是找新老師，就是要頂讓掉....感謝天父終於讓我不需要再面對著某人生氣這件事! 相信他自己也能有比較好的未來! 那我未來要幹麻呢? 還不確定耶! 真的很難下決定...到底要出國?還是留著繼續畫畫?...不管了! 先出去大玩特玩，什麼都不想想了....

明天晚上7點的飛機，和高中同學Mag與她妹妹一起飛往泰國，哈哈! 我終於可以去度假了! 超級超級超級興奮又開心的啦! 不知道會在那邊發現什麼新事物，也不知道能不能坐到大象?! (希望可以...)唯一知道的是每天都可以被"按摩"，呵呵!想到就覺得很舒服! 無論如何，我會努力找尋好東西回來分享給大家的!

I just wanted to vent my bad-humored sentiments...cus the analogue things happened without end between him and me. I do want to stop anger. I didn't like it. I know God loves everyone,but I really can't stand him anymore. Can I change another teacher for my studio? Can I?.......................... Sorry,father God... Please forgive me...I don't want to see him anymore. I've tried my best.....

Coda

This week,Kelley and I met at the restaurant,Coda,which's owner is an American who has two stores in Taiwan. The foods style there are both American and Italianism. I think the foods all is yummy!! I would love to go again. Thanks for Kelley's treat! It's a real treat!! A good talk with good foods on that night.. ^___________^

Coda義美式料理, 其實有兩間而且離很近，我不知店名是否相同，但聽說食物都不錯吃喔! Sorry! 因聊天就我忘了拍下我們吃的餐點，不過價位大約在150-350元，有機會到公館逛的人，可以去吃看看唷!!

God's work

I had a strong thought that's the time selling my studio yesterday. Thanks my 3E friends prayed for me last Saturday. It's amazing that I got a phone today that is about someone who want to buy my studio. The buyer is couple and they've already owned their one studio. Now they would like to operate another one.We had a long chat this afternoon. But the problem is the price we havn't got a balance. So I'm thinking of it and am praying for that also. I hope we can identify a satisfying price each other. Also thanks my Lord,I just deeply prayed for that last night,and soon you showed me a sign.you know...Heavenly Father,I appreciate you!
I do baked a chocolate cheese cake for my mon and grandma last Saturday night.I backed home so late,so I stayed up baking until midnight. It's really my first time to bake a cake, and I think I succeeded! hum..maybe.. :)..because my family said that's delicious..haha..I'm so happy! hum... practically the chocolate has little singe,but it doesn't matter...haha..I'll bake the second one for you girls,next time I'll bring it to share with you!ha..don't be afraid!
這是我上星期六晚上熬夜烤的蛋糕，只是上面的巧克力有一點焦，我本來是要巧克力滿片，看會不會有巧克力的味道，可是烤出來卻...我們家烤箱火力太強了，原本要用170-150度烤的，我竟然最後要被逼迫到用70-90度來烤，可惜等我洗完澡去看已經來不及阻止它烤焦我的巧克力了> <，如果我早些發現應該會更完美，不過cheese部分自己都覺得倒還蠻好吃的啦! 哈..是我太不要求了嗎?!我看這只能歸類到實驗品一號了! (可惜阿Yen妳吃不到，我知道你最愛吃甜食了! 嗯~再來杯咖啡真是享受啊~^________^)

Chili's

介紹一家還不錯的美國風味餐聽"Chili's"， 這是商業午餐，一人份量都很大，除了美味可口外，真的會讓妳吃都吃不完! 他這商業午餐的價位差不多是300-500元，當然其他還有更貴的，如果經濟不錯的人還可以點其他餐點來品嘗看看喔! 哈! 然後別忘了再告訴我哪個好吃!! 聽說吃過的風評都不錯! 有機會的話下次聚餐可以辦在那喔! "辣味雞肉沙拉"，這個讚! 雖然不是我點的，但真的不錯，生菜多、雞肉也可以，下次我再去的話會想點這個!
這是我點的"磨菇起士漢堡"，裡面夾牛肉，超大!薯條好吃!因為太大..我沒有吃麵包....
這道是"香酥牛排"，其實前面名字還有幾個字敘述但忘了，牛排是炸的，薯泥很好吃!還有烤玉米...但比較高價位就是...

後天就是母親節了，我打算也下海做蛋糕，哈!好緊張，真怕做的不好吃，不過相信有神的力量加持，蛋糕一定能美味又可口!! 感謝佳嫻給的食譜與叮嚀，我一定用心經營那個"大理石起士蛋糕"!

這陣子真的好忙，本來要把寫生日誌寫完，但一拖就忘了要寫什麼，動力都沒了啦...... 趁著依稀還記得一些最近的事...和一點小空閒... 動個手...

這是星期六3-E結束後，和高中姐妹去一間爵士即興演奏的PUB，位於師大附近，PM11:30進去才發現，小小一間店卻塞滿了人，菸味瀰漫整個室內，也是我最不能忍耐的，但表演倒是還不錯喔!只是聽說可惜剛好當天沒有歌手駐唱，否則會更讚!

我們在這為詩雁送行，5/12她就要飛去加州了，真是覺得不捨... 感謝她一路的陪伴帶領、鼓勵、代禱與祝福，讓我經歷了很多不可思議的事，只能說能認識主真的是很棒的事，而那是無法用言語形容的....

哈! 所以我只好用這首歌來代表了....

Painting Outside

The first day of painting outside

These past days,I went to Hsin Chu for paiting outside with my friends and visited Mr. Chen's house which is in wonderful place. The middle of the picture is the house's host. Before,he has researched the study of cattles and milk cows,and he's really a professional in that case. He also likes to carpenter furnishing which's like tables and a few stools,even frames.

All the furnishing you can see in the pictures is his work. It means that he made the furniture by himself. wow...it's so cool. It takes cunning workmen to make such elaborate furniture. you see....

There is a small pool in front of his house. haha...cute! I like it very much! I thought it would be some frogs hid there behind it. you know it's crazy that I was excited when I heard the sounds from those frogs in the evening. It's so loudly and was funny. haha...
